Do you ship internationally?
I’m more than happy to provide products to my international customers, as a know most sellers don’t want to deal with the headache of customs. I, however can imagine the frustration of wanting to buy something and not being able to have it due to it being an international purchase.
As long as the customer is willing to pay international shipping, can give an accurate address, and knows their country laws, I can ship there. I am not responsible for customs taking a package as it’s customer responsibility to do research.
How are your bones sourced?
I STRICTLY use ethically sourced products. Most of my suppliers are hunters, people who forage deceased animals for their bones, or animals that died from natural causes. I’ve had people turn in their pets that passed away so I could honor their life by turning them into art in death.
What are your shipping speeds?
Most of my packages within the US arrive in 2-3 days. International packages may arrive within 2-4 weeks.
